As the current Owner and President of Wright Traffic Control (WTC), Luke works daily to create a culture where people come first. His strong focus on responsible growth has made economic impacts across nine states and positively influenced the lives of his 1,000+ employees.
At the heart of his motivations lies a commitment to his family and their values. Together with his wife, Andrea, their two daughters, Scarlett and Ellie, and their dog Sam, Luke co-founded The Wright Reason rooted in the belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to thrive in a safe, supportive, and vibrant environment.
With their recent move to Charleston, Luke is eager to lay the groundwork for The Wright Reason to give back and make a difference in the years to come.
